Dividend policy
Our goal is to pay a steadily rising dividend. Our dividend is supported by cash flow from our three business areas: Listed Companies, Patricia Industries and Investments in EQT.

Dividend proposal

The Board of Directors proposes a dividend to the shareholders of SEK 5.20 per share for fiscal year 2024 (4.80). Assuming approval at the Annual General Meeting, the dividend is paid out in two installments, SEK 3.75 with record date May 9, 2025, and SEK 1.45 with record date November 10, 2025.
