Why: Business ethics and governance is the foundation for Investor’s ownership model and sustainability approach. We acknowledge that our commitment to financial performance also takes into account the broader economic, environmental and social impacts of our own operations and those of our portfolio companies.

What we do: We have developed Investor Sustainability Guidelines that set clear expectation for us and our companies to conduct their operation in a responsible and ethical manner. We have a structured process for this work, which included ethical business conduct, anti-corruption and anti-bribery. In 2020, we have had a special focus on anti-bribery and anti-corruption though awareness training on these issues with all our subsidiaries followed by a review process as well as dialogues with all the listed companies on their work.
